Known for its great skiing, beautiful mountain lakes, and number of championship golf courses, Pocono Lake, PA and the neighboring town of Tobyhanna, PA are the perfect mountain escapes. Needless to say, we cannot wait for the opportunity to stay in one of Maggies properties again, so if you are looking for an awesome experience, look no further! You can thank me later. Last but definitely not least, the property is amazing and everything is clean and very well taken care of. Maggie, if you are reading this I just want you to know, 'You the real MVP'. The family wanted to get together and spend some nice, quality time away from the chaos of the big city, preferably somewhere close to nature and I was in charge of the booking process so I needed the entire experience to be perfect and thanks to Maggie I became a rock star amongst my family.Įverything from a to z was perfect and we couldn't have hoped for a more awesome experience, my family was so impressed and we had such a great time, that they still thank me to this day for the beautiful memories even though none of this would have been possible if it wasn't for such an amazing owner. “Incredible experience!” I have never rented a vacation home and was a bit worried about renting something we might not like, so we looked at the properties with the highest rating and noticed many of the homes owned by Maggie and her husband were always on the top of the list, which was a great sign and boy was I right! There are not enough stars available to rate our entire experience. Getting more information about the property and booking was easily done by email - I would recommend this property for a summer or winter visit. It was spotless when we arrived, and we loved the shared supply closet in the kitchen.

We were far enough away from everything to see the stars and not hear another soul, but close enough to all the activities we wanted to do - biking, rafting, zip line, adventure ropes course, and hiking. The community is lovely, tree filled and quiet and the runners in the family enjoyed their morning runs on the rolling hills. We loved the hot tub, the TVs and reliable wifi, the comfy couches, boardgames and well equipped kitchen. it has a homey feel, with everything you could possibly want during your time in the mountains.
